1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us via email or phone.

Once an artwork has been packed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Custom-made or commissioned artworks are non-cancellable once the creation process has started.

2. Refunds

Since all artworks are original and one-of-a-kind, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

The artwork arrives damaged during delivery.

The wrong product is delivered.

In such cases, please:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork.

Send clear photos of the package and damaged item to amlanduttapainter@gmail.com

After verification, we will offer:

A replacement (if available), or

A full refund of the purchase amount (excluding shipping charges).

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
